1. Money-Back Guarantee & Subscription Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs at Florian-Nature. If you are not satisfied, you may qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Active Participation: You must be actively enrolled and participate in all learning modules, live sessions, and assignments.
- Course Completion: Complete all required modules, evaluations, and projects, including passing the internal assessment.
- Application of Learning: Show evidence of applying the course learnings — such as job applications, networking, or project implementation.
- No Interruptions: Avoid dropping out or taking extended breaks without prior approval.
If you meet all these conditions and still do not see tangible benefits, you may request a refund.
Subscription Payments: All subscription-based payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This applies to any tools, resources, or premium services we provide.
2. Workshop & Batch Change Policy
- Batch Change: Request changes at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. If the new batch costs more, you will pay the difference; if less, you will receive a credit for future use.
- Candidate Transfer: You may transfer your enrollment to another person at least 48 hours before the start date. The completion certificate will be issued to the attendee only.

- Batch change and transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.
